Changes
CSS of Help file was fixed.
The setting of default.pmt was changed.
Drawing on large size is smoother than before.
The icon size of Brush list and PenNib list was changed to the same as one of Gradient and Tone window.
The change of the size of icon in brush list can be used now.
bug fix
It has been fixed that the error had occured when setting [Color Range] while the selection was empty.
It has been fixed that the color of [Luminosity->Transparency] in Filter could not reflect correctly.
