Regarding the Tohoku-Kanto Earthquake occurred on March 11, 2011 in Japan

As many of you know, there was quite a big earthquake that hit the north-east side of Japan on March 11, 2011.

There are devastated areas in north-east coast of Japan.

Therefore, it affected our services.

Please note the current status of portalgraphics below.

Portalgraphics business hours:

Due to our office building safety check, server damage, and transportation freeze, we had not been able to provide regular services since the earthquake occurred.

However we are back to regular business hour since March 16th.

Purchase of openCanvas:

Purchasing system is working normally.

We are issuing a serial key within 1-3 business days after the payment as usual. However if you haven't received a serial key accordingly, please contact to support@portalgraphics.net .

openCanvas support service:

There are delays, however we are responding in order of precedence.

If you sent an inquiry and haven't received any response yet, please hold on a bit more.

Posting your illustration onto Portalgraphics website:

Due to the earthquake, our server has been unstable for several days, so that the display of illustration has been delayed considerably.

Currently, server is recovered and working as normal.

Services in future:

Currently east to north side of Japan is having a scheduled blackout in order to provide the electricity to the devastated areas.

Our office area is not effected yet, however it may happen in the future.

If a blackout really happens, it may cause some kind of impact to the website.

Our office is running with limited electricity.

We will do our best to maintain the regular services as much as possible.
