openCanvas Purchase Guide

openCanvas is only available by downloading from portalgraphics’or other authorized websites, however it is not available in the retail store.

Upon your purchase, we will issue “Serial Key”(License) which will enable you to use all the functions equipped with the full version.

License will be issued to a registered individual user who actually purchased the license. Therefore a user who purchased the license can re-install the program if necessary.

If someone else uses openCanvas, he or she must purchase separately.

All the users who has openCanvas 4 series (version 4 normal/ 4+/ 4.5 normal/ 4.5+) can purchase upgrading to openCanvas 5 with lower price. In order to receive this offer, you will need to enter your serial key in the serial key management page.

• Please note that you cannot receive the offer without entering the serial key.
• This special offer is limited to each license.

All the users who purchased “portalgraphics SketchBox” and/or openCanvas 4.5+ after October 28th, 2010, we will provide free upgrading serial key to openCanvas 5. Please login to your account which you purchased the relevant products and find openCanvas 5 serial key from the serial key management page.

• If you have not downloaded the product yet, please do so and check if it is functioning normal. We don't accept the cancellation and refundment after purchase.
• Personal information provided by customers is for the Serial Key management purpose only, and we will not disclose your personal information to third parties. However, we may need to disclose your personal information in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, or other legal action; as required by law or regulation. In regards to disclosing personal information, please read Privacy Policy.
• Please do not enter deceptive customer information at registration. We cannot re-issue the Serial Key if the customer information doesn't match our records.
• It may take few days to issue the Serial Key, therefore we recommend you to purchase the product during the free trial periods.
• Please note that our products do not come with the package, the instruction brochure, and actual CD-ROM. You can always download the latest version of product from our website.
