Purchase Guide

At purchase, we will issue the Serial Key that will unlock all of the limited functions and periods from the trial version. Once the Serial Key is entered, you will be able to use the full version. We will register you as an openCanvas user based on your purchase information. After this process, you will become a licensed user.

The OpenCanvas serial number will be issued to the individual who purchased the software. You can re-install OpenCanvas in your current computer and/or another computer, only if the user is same individual who purchased software. If someone else is going to use OpenCanvas, he or she needs to purchase a new serial number.

• If you have not downloaded the product yet, please do so and check if it is functioning normal. We don't accept the cancellation and refundment after purchase.
• Personal information provided by customers is for the Serial Key management purpose only, and we will not disclose your personal information to third parties. However, we may need to disclose your personal information in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, or other legal action; as required by law or regulation. In regards to disclosing personal information, please read Privacy Policy.
• Please do not enter deceptive customer information at registration. We cannot re-issue the Serial Key if the customer information doesn't match our records.
• It may take few days to issue the Serial Key, therefore we recommend you to purchase the product during the free trial periods.
• Please note that our products do not come with the package, the instruction brochure, and actual CD-ROM. You can always download the latest version of product from our website.
