openCanvas Purchase Guide
There are 2 types payment methods; PayPal or Credit Card (VISA, MASTER CARD, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, International).
Payment Procedure by Credit Card
- In order to purchase openCanvas, a portalgraphicsID is required. If you do not have a portalgraphicsID yet, please do so before the purchasing procedure.

- Please follow the steps on the website to register a portalgraphicsID. Once you complete the temporary registration, you will receive a "Temporary Registration Email" to the registered Email address from info@portalgraphics.net.
If you don't receive the Email from us, there will be a possiblity that the Email is in the Junkmail box.

- Once you complete the full registration, click on "Account Management" and login.

- Please enter the required information in "User Information Management" > "User Account Additional Information."
After filling in all the requirements, please click on "Update the Personal Information." Then the message will appear saying, "You entered all the required information at your purchase. " This means that you entered all the requirements correctly.

- Go to the openCanvas top page and click on "Purchase" on the upper right.

- Click on "Pay by Credit Card."

- Please read the terms and check "I Agree" if you do. Then click on "Submit."

Credit Card Payment Screen is only in Japanese. If your PC doesn't recognize Japanese Characters, you may see a garbled screen.

Please enter the Credit card Information referring to the image.
- You will receive an email to your registered address after the completion of purchase.
- As soon as the payment procedure is completed, we will issue the Serial Key by email.
- Your Serial Key will be added to the Serial Key Management Page in Account Management. Please verify your information.

Please understand that the Serial Key processing time takes 1-3 business day(s).
