openCanvas Purchase Guide
There are 2 types payment methods; PayPal or Credit Card (VISA, MASTER CARD, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, International).
Payment Procedure by PayPal
- In order to purchase openCanvas, a portalgraphicsID is required. If you do not have a portalgraphicsID yet, please do so before the purchasing procedure.
- Please follow the steps on the website to register a portalgraphicsID. Once you complete the temporary registration, you will receive a "Temporary Registration Email" to the registered Email address from info@portalgraphics.net.
If you don't receive the Email from us, there will be a possiblity that the Email is in the Junkmail box.
- Once you complete the full registration, click on "Account Management" and login.
- Please enter the required information in "User Information Management" > "User Account Additional Information."
After filling in all the requirements, please click on "Update the Personal Information." Then the message will appear saying, "You entered all the required information at your purchase. " This means that you entered all the requirements correctly.
- Go to the openCanvas top page and click on "Purchase" on the upper right.
- Click on "Pay by PayPal."
- Please read the terms and check "I Agree" if you do. Then click on "Submit."

Move to the PayPal Login page. Please login to your PayPal account and continue the payment.

After logged in, it will go to a payment detail page. Please verify the product name and the price. There is no discount coupon available.
To complete the payment, click on "PAY NOW."

After completion of the payment, PayPal Inc. will send an email confirmation of the receipt to you, and it will atuomatically jump to the portalgraphics website.

On the payment confirmation page, it will display a product name and receipt ID. Please write it down or save in a file for your records.
- The Serial Key will be emailed to you, and your Serial Key Management Page will be updated. It will be done within one to three bussiness days. Please note that the issuance does not take place right after the completion of the payment.
- Your Serial Key will be added to the Serial Key Management Page in Account Management. Please verify your information.
Please understand that the Serial Key processing time takes 1-3 business day(s).
If you have not receive the Serial Key after 3 business days from payment, please contact our Customer Support Center [ support@portalgraphics.net ].
