Layer Mode: Soft Light

If the beneath layer color is brighter than 50%, it will be a slightly brighter effect. If the beneath layer color is darker than 50%, it will be a slightly darker effect.
If using 50% gray (128, 128, 128) in the soft light layer, the beneath layer will not be effected at all.(neutral color)
