Reissue Serial key

Please fill in and send "Inquiry Form" at Page of Reissue Serial Key when reissuing the serial key is needed.
We cannot reply an accurate answer on BBS for the question concerning the serial key since it is confidential issue.
In the case you request to reissue the key, please contact us by its form or mail.

It has been 3 business days after purchase, and I still do not receive the serial key...

When you do not receive the serial key, please check "Users we cannot contact" at first.
It often happens we receive the return error mail. Also, there is possibility that the mail delivers to the junk mail box. Please check such boxes before you inquire.
Please apply other mail addresses if any as well as the necessary information at the form.

Other Inquiry related to Serial Key/Purchase

Please contact us by Inquiry Form at Page of "Inquiry about Purchase" for any question related to purchase of any products as follows:

  • The dialog box to input the serial key does not appear.
  • Error message such as "Improper Data!" appears when inputting the serial key.
  • The trial restrictions do not release.
  • Error messages such as "bad status" and "bad command or data" appear and some specific function cannot be used.

Report Bugs of Product

Please report any bugs of products on BBS.
More detailed description as possible is helpful for us. Please write clearly in the situation below:

  • What action did you do?
  • Then, what error occurred?

Also, the following information helps us to specify the cause.

  • Does the error happen more than twice?
  • Version information of product (version number and Plus/Standard)
  • Version information of OS
  • Product name of tablet in the case of trouble about tablet
