I have not received the serial key even I purchased that.

When we received such inquiries, we check and replay as early as possible. However, there are some cases that we cannot contact with them for some reasons. Here are methods for those cases. Please check the followings if you were under such situations.


When can I receive the product (CD-ROM)?

We do not distribute our products as general package sales in the shops. And CD-ROM would not be delivered to your home after you have purchased over internet. Please understand you have purchased a right (license) to use the software.


How can I pay for the product?
