About Creating/Transferring Community Account

In order to upload an illustration to portalgraphics Community, and to use all the functions, it is required to create an account. Registration is Free.

In order to create portalgraphics Community Account, and to transfer from the old community (PGN USER COMMUNITY), it is required to have a portalgraphics ID.
To get portalgraphics ID, you just need to provide your email address. It is Free!

To obtain a portalgraphics ID

After getting the portalgraphics ID, please create an account/transfer an account from the old community by following the below procedure.

  • Users who use portalgraphics Community Site for the first time
  • Users who had a user ID with the old community

To Create a New Community Account Procedure

1.To transfer your Community Account from the old site, you need to have a portalgraphics ID. Please get portalgraphics ID first.

2.After getting portalgraphics ID, please log in.

3.Click on the "To Create Community Account" button.

4.please enter your handle name, and click on "Register as Community User with this handle name." You can change your handle name after registration if you prefer to.

5.Please complete the user profile after registration.

Transferring Procedure from the old community

1.By transferring the account created in the old community site (PGN USER COMMUNITY), you can use the previous user data in the portalgraphics community. In order to do so, it is required to have a portalgraphics ID. If you do not have a portalgraphics ID yet, please obtain one first. And also please have your old community user ID and password ready. Please contact us if you forgot your user ID and password.

2.After getting portalgraphics ID, please log in.

3.Click on the "To Create Community Account" button.

5.Enter the old User ID and Password, and click on "Proceed."

You cannot detach the old community User ID and portalgraphics ID once they are linked.
Currently, you can manage 1 community account per 1 portalgraphics ID. You will be able to manage multiple community accounts with 1 portalgraphics ID. If you have multiple community User IDs from the old community, please transfer 1 main account first and hold on the rest.

6.Please complete the user profile after User Account Transfer.

Forgot the old community User ID and/or Password

If you forgot the old community User ID and/or password, please email us with the below information.

  • Title:Inquiry about the old community ID

  • Handle Name :
  • Password :
  • Registered Email Address :

Please provide above information as much as possible. If the information provided does not match with our data, we may not be able to re-issue the ID and/or Password.

About unsubscribing/deleting a community account

If you would like to unsubscribe/delete your community account, please email us with the below information.

Upon the deletion of a community account, all the uploaded illustrations, user information, and settings will be deleted permanently. Please note that you cannot recover that data.
