Posting an Illustration / Guideline

This is the guideline for posting an illustration onto the community. Please read the guideline prior to posting and agree to all the terms and conditions.

Posting Guideline

All the illustrations that will be posted onto Portalgraphics Community site require to meet the guideline below. If you post an illustration which is against the policy, we may delete the posting. Also, if we find an illegal act, we may delete the portalgraphics ID.

Prohibited Postings

  • Illustrations that do not use portalgraphics programs (openCanvas or SketchBox) at all.
  • Illustrations that contain an inappropriate expression for under 18 years-old.
    • Illustrations that relates to a sexual expression or intercourse.
    • Illustrations that relates to violence, ideology, or gives too hazardous/ stimulating expression.
  • Illustrations that violates third party's copyright, including one's property rights and human rights.
  • Illustrations that violate third party's neighboring rights.
  • Illustrations that libels third party's honor and social credit.
  • Illustrations that violates third party's privacy, rights to one's portrait, and publicity.
  • Any other illustrations that violates third party's rights.

Authority of Deletion

Portalgraphics retains rights to delete illustrations that violate the policy in the guideline, and rules and regulations, without notifying him or her.

How rules and regulations

Users can post their openCanvas event file onto portalgraphics community site. File extensions that you can post onto the community site are; .oe4/ .oe3/ .oes/ .wpe. Users can post files from the trial version. Please note that .jpg/ .gif/ .png cannot be posted.

1.After creating an illustration with openCanvas4.5+, go to "File" > "Save event"

2.Save the file. When you save, please name the file using the alphabet and numbers. And please do not check "Locked(V)"

3.After saving the file, go to "File" > "Open event", and select the file you just saved. Please check if the event file works normally. If you get an error, you will also receive an error when you post the file onto community site. If you receive an error, please post the completed image only by copy and paste.

4.Please login and move to the Community Management page.

5.Click on "Post Illustration" under Profile

6.Enter the information(1). Choose the event file that you have saved. After entering the information, please read carefully the guideline and click on "To post an illustratio(1)." Your posting has been completed.

7.At the completion of posting, rendering of posted event file will start. The following message will appear on the "Posted Illustration" page during rendering, so please wait. "Your illustration will be posted after the completion of rendering!"
