Move

Move active layer.

Move Tool Option

Finalize Layer PositionSet the moved layer's position.
Select Clicked LayerSet as an active layer where you click on an image.
Shift to "Move Layer" with CtrlTemporarily shift to Move Layer by holding down the Ctrl key while using other tool.
Add SelectionMove the active layer and selection simultaneously. If there is no selection, it is same as Move Layer.
